Purchasing a home directly from a builder can be very intimidating. Thankfully my real estate company was Results Guaranteed Realty. They negotiated on my behalf and in doing so, I received the full incentive package of $10,000, the seller paid all of my closing costs and I received my $500 earnest check back when the deal closed. RGR also helped me get my own lender so I was not forced to use a lender the builder uses. Also, as a thank you for doing business with them, I received a $2,500 Cash Rewards Certificate.
